MTN TV / MTN Sports is the most watched outdoor adventure lifestyle and sports channel in Colorado! We speak to outdoor and sports enthusiasts, along with the communities we serve! This role is fully responsible for the sales and business development of the company. To continue our growth, we’re looking for a strategic thinking, digital savvy, highly motivated sales professional to lead our sales initiatives. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing individual who has experience in television sales, a passion for meeting and exceeding goals, growing professionally and building something new and exciting by approaching this with an entrepreneurial mindset!

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Create effective sales packages and solutions that achieve team sales goals

• Selling established television, sponsorships, digital, and other channel packages
• Business development like a pro! Cultivate relationships, inspire confidence and win over the trust of our customers
• Deliver results for the company and for our customers
• Assess customer needs and craft solutions that can help them with their goals
• Represent the channel at public-facing events

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience in television, digital or media industry
• A proven track record of sales success; meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong problem solving, creativity and analytical skills required
• Excellent communicator who can communicate and sell ideas and solutions
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills for motivating staff and maximizing revenue performance
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google Docs and CRMs
• Documented record of meeting and exceeding activity and revenue goals
• The ability to drive between the I-70 Corridor of communities and Denver
